By land, the marina is less than an hour's drive from Washington, D.C., Baltimore, or Wilmington; less than 2 hours from Philadelphia. Take any highway leading to the Chesapeake Bay Bridge. Cross the bridge and follow the signs to Castle Marina Road which is approximately 2.5 miles east of the bridge. Turn right at Tackle Circle. Castle Harbor is on the left.

By sea, Castle Harbor is four miles south of Love Point Light on the North Shore of Kent Island on the Chester River.

By air, the Bay Bridge Airport is only a few miles from Castle Harbor. The airport operating hours are from 8 a.m. to sunset.
